At Solar Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance ride. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your scooter in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack your scooter in its original factory packaging, including all chargers, tools, and manuals to ensure a safe transit.
Ship to Solar
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
