Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our solar-integrated and high-performance scooters globally. Shipping times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 14-21 days for international shipping.
What kind of warranty comes with my scooter?
Every Solar Scooter comes with a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty that covers the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects. We also provide dedicated technical support for all our riders.
Are the scooters water-resistant?
Our scooters carry an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or heavy downpours to protect the electronic components.
